Ein Leberschussturnier ist ein geselliges Trinkspielturnier, bei dem Teams in einem Wettkampf antreten, der sowohl Geschicklichkeit als auch Trinkfähigkeit kombiniert. Dabei kämpfen zwei Spieler pro Team darum, als Erstes ihre Getränke zu leeren, um in die nächste K.-o.-Runde vorzurücken. Am Ende gewinnt das Team, das im Finale als Erstes seinen Becher leert

A Leberschuss Tournament is a social event where 32 players form 16 teams of two, competing in a knockout-style competition with a unique twist. In each match, teams face off not just by skill, but by speed: to win, a team must finish their beers first.

Each round sees pairs going head-to-head, where the fastest team to finish their beers moves on to the next stage. The competition continues until only two teams remain for the final round, where the ultimate beer-drinking champions are crowned.

Wir laden Sie herzlich ein, an der exklusiven AMIV-Tour eines der größten Kraftwerke der Schweiz teilzunehmen. Nach einer umfassenden Führung mit Schutzanzügen können Sie einen Apéro genießen. Wir treffen uns direkt am Kernkraftwerk Beznau Erleben Sie die Betriebsabläufe aus erster Hand bei geführten Touren und erfahren Sie unsere Transparenz. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anmeldung verbindlich ist; Benachrichtigen Sie uns bis zum 01.01., wenn Sie nicht teilnehmen können. Late deregistration results in an entry to the blacklist at a price of CHF20. Die Zulassung erfolgt manuell, bitte seien Sie nicht verwirrt, wenn Sie zunächst auf der Warteliste stehen und später eine "Akzeptiert"-E-Mail erhalten.

We cordially invite you to take part in the exclusive AMIV tour of one of the largest power plants in Switzerland. After a comprehensive guided tour in protective suits, you can enjoy an aperitif. We will meet directly at the Beznau nuclear power plant. Experience the operational processes at first hand during guided tours and learn about our transparency. Please note that registration is binding; notify us by 1 January if you are unable to attend. Late deregistration results in an entry to the blacklist at a price of CHF20. Admission is manual, please do not be confused if you are initially on the waiting list and later receive an ‘Accepted’ e-mail.

Es neigt sich wieder einmal ein Semester dem Ende zu, das heisst, es ist wieder Zeit für einen sehr traditionellen Satz: Ohne euch wäre der AMIV nicht der AMIV! Als kleines Dankeschön laden wir euch natürlich wieder ganz herzlich zum Helfendenessen ein. Hast du ein OK übernommen, bist du Komissions-PQ oder hast sonst auf irgendeine Art mitgeholfen? Dann melde dich hier an! Wenn der Andrang zu gross ist, kann es sein, dass wir auswählen müssen, wer am Essen teilnehmen kann oder nicht, weil wir dieses Jahr mal wieder sehr viele Helfer hatten. Teilt uns bei der Anmeldung also gerne mit, was ihr alles gemacht habt.

Once again the semester is coming to an end, which means it's time for a very traditional sentence: Without you, the AMIV wouldn't be the AMIV! As a small thank you we would like to invite you to the volunteers' dinner. Have you been part of an OC, are you a committee PQ or have you helped in any other way? Then register here! If the demand is too high, we may have to select applicants individually. So, please let us know everything you have done this semester.

How much soldering experience do you have?

Egal, ob du schon immer mal löten wolltest oder bereits etwas Erfahrung hast und mehr lernen möchtest – dieser Kurs ist genau das Richtige für dich! Bastli zeigt dir gerne, wie du an nur einem Nachmittag ein PCB löten kannst. Snacks sind inklusive :)
Du kannst von mindestens zwei PCBs auswählen, je nachdem was dein Level ist. Wir haben sowohl einsteigerfreundliche Boards mit Throughhole Komponenten als auch anspruchsvollere mit SMD und QFN-Komponenten.
Wenn du bereits ein Experte bist (also QFN oder sogar BGA löten kannst), ist dieser Kurs nichts für dich :)

Whether you have always wanted to solder or you have already some experience and want to know more, this course is for you! Bastli is happy to show you how to solder a PCB in one afternoon. Snacks are provided :)
You can choose between (at least) two PCBs, depending on your level. We'll have beginner-friendly boards with throughhole components, as well complicated boards with QFN components.
If you are already an expert (knows how to solder QNF or even BGA), this course is *not* for you :)

Shredding, Schnapps, and Shenanigans: Skiweekend 2025

Der letzte Tag von Nik's Hütte wird vom VSETH Vorstand und euren Lieblings-AMIVlern [RandomDudes] geschmissen. Komm vorbei und geniesse den letzten Tag des Events auf dem Hönggerberg mit einem Glühwein :). Gondel ist selbstverständlich auch da.

The last day of Nik's hut will be hosted by the VSETH board and *ahem* yours truly [RandomDudes]. Join us for the last day of the event on the Hönggerberg Campus and enjoy a mulled wine with us :). Gondola provided, of course.
