Operational since 1979, Gösgen is a vital energy source, supplying 8% of Switzerland's power. With a single pressurized water reactor yielding 970 MW, owned by Kernkraftwerk Gösgen-Däniken AG, it upholds rigorous safety measures. Explore its operations firsthand on guided tours, showcasing our dedication to transparency.

Gespielt wird in 6er-Teams, erst in einer Gruppenphase und dann mit einem grossen Finale. Danach wird grilliert und der Sieg ausgeklungen! Also such dir ein Team und meldet euch an! 

Falls euer Team nicht genau sechs Spieler zählt, aber ihr dennoch gemeinsam ans Netz gehen wollt, haben wir die perfekte Lösung: Registriert euch einfach als Team, und wir ergänzen eure Mannschaft mit begeisterten Einzelspielern, die sich individuell angemeldet haben. So wird jedes Team vollständig und ihr bekommt die Chance, neue Volleyballfreunde zu finden!

This way, every team will be complete, and you'll have the chance to make new volleyball friends!

Es ist wissenschaftlich erwiesen, dass Bergluft in der Lernphase die Motivation nachhaltig verbessert. Daher hat der AMIV beschlossen, Wandertage zu organisieren. Wir werden während 2 Tagen frische Luft in der Gotthardregion schnuppern. Wunderschöne Landschaften mit Gipfeln und Bergseen, idyllischen Hütten und eine atemberaubende Aussicht erwarten uns! Achtung, kein "3x mit einem Kasten Bier um die Hütte laufen", wir begehen Alpinwanderwege. Wichtig: Jeder Wandernde übernimmt Verantwortung für sich selbst. Beware! It's not going to be a "3 times with a six-pack of beer around the hut walking", we are going to hike alpine hiking trails! Important: Every hiker is responsible for themselves. What did you do for AMIV?

Es neigt sich wieder einmal ein Semester dem Ende zu, das heisst, es ist wieder Zeit für einen sehr traditionellen Satz: Ohne euch wäre der AMIV nicht der AMIV! Als kleines Dankeschön laden wir euch natürlich wieder ganz herzlich zum Helfendenessen ein. Hast du ein OK übernommen, bist du Komissions-PQ oder hast sonst auf irgendeine Art mitgeholfen? Dann melde dich hier an! Wenn der Andrang zu gross ist, kann es sein, dass wir auswählen müssen, wer am Essen teilnehmen kann oder nicht, weil wir dieses Jahr mal wieder sehr viele Helfer hatten. Teilt uns bei der Anmeldung also gerne mit, was ihr alles gemacht habt.

Once again the semester is coming to an end, which means it's time for a very traditional sentence: Without you, the AMIV wouldn't be the AMIV! As a small thank you we would like to invite you to the volunteers' dinner. Have you been part of an OC, are you a committee PQ or have you helped in any other way? Then register here! If the demand is too high, we may have to select applicants individually. So, please let us know everything you have done this semester.

Das Spiel wird in Teams von 2+ Personen gespielt. 
Die Anmeldung ist individuell, Sie brauchen kein bereits besetztes Team, um sich anzumelden!

A game in which both teams have to stay active during the playtime even if they do not have the ball to throw, otherwise they will lose the game very fast.


The game is played in teams of 2+ people.

Wir werden das Schmiedewerk von Imbach & Cie in Nebikon, Kanton Luzern, besichtigen. Nach einer Einführung in die verschiedenen eingesetzten Verfahren sehen wir uns Freiformschmieden, Ringwalzen, etc.  an der Schmiedepresse bzw. Ringwalzmaschine an.

We will visit the forging plant of Imbach & Cie in Nebikon, Canton of Lucerne. After an overview of the different processes used, we will have a look at the processes in operation.

Ihr könnt entscheiden, ob ihr die neuen Bachelor-Studierenden (auf Deutsch) und/oder die Master-Studierenden (auf Englisch) führen möchtet.

On the 16th of September, join us in guiding the new students through the scary maze that the ETH can sometimes be. As a reward for your help (and to make you recognizable as a guide), you will get a free AMIV T-shirt and, of course, an Erstibag!

You can decide if you want to guide the new bachelor students (German) and/or master students (English).

Auch wenn das neue Semester noch weit weg ist, bald ist es wieder so weit: Am 16. September haben die neueintretenden Bachelor- und Masterstudierenden ihren ersten Tag am ITET. Damit wir die hohe Anzahl an neuen Studierenden stemmen können, sind wir auf eure Hilfe angewiesen.

Die Aufgabe besteht daraus, die Erstis herumzuführen und mit ihnen Zmittag zu essen. Natürlich ist es auch wichtig, gut Werbung für den AMIV zu machen, da diese Studierenden die neue Generation der Mitglieder darstellen. Ihr könnt entscheiden, ob ihr Bachelor oder Master Studierende führen möchtet. Zusätzlich werdet ihr natürlich auch mit AMIV Merchandise und einem Ersti-Bag entlohnt.


Even though the new semester is still far away, it's almost time again: On September 16, the new bachelor and master students will have their first day at ITET. To manage the large number of new students, we rely on your help.

Your task will be to guide the new students around and have lunch with them. It’s also important to promote AMIV well, as these students represent the next generation of members. You can choose whether you want to guide bachelor or master students. Additionally, you will be rewarded with AMIV merchandise and a Ersti bag.

Nach einem erfolgreichen Start in das neue Studium wird es nun auch Zeit, Zürich und die ETH auf der studentischen Seite zu erkunden. Dafür hat der AMIV für euch einen Postenlauf organisiert, bei dem ihr bei ein bisschen Bier uns - euren Fachverein - besser kennen lernt. Natürlich gibt es nach der Rallye und der Siegerehrung noch Bier und Grill, also kommt doch einfach am Mittwoch (18.09.2024) um 14:15 im CAB Vorhof (da wo der Ersti Apero war) vorbei, findet euch zu fünft in Teams und erkundet Zürich!!

After a successful start to the first semester, it is now time to explore Zurich and the ETH on the student side. For this purpose, AMIV has organized a post-run for you, where you can get to know us - your student association - better over a few beers. Of course, there will be beer and barbecue after the rally and the award ceremony, so just come to the CAB courtyard (where the "Ersti Apero" was) on Wednesday (18.09.2024) at 2:15 p.m., find a team of five students and explore Zurich!!

Mit 89 deiner Kommilitonen und den Helfern älterer Semester geht es mit dem Zug in unsere Herberge, in der wir für alles gesorgt haben, um ein fantastisches Wochenende zu verbringen. Während unseres Trips hast du die Möglichkeit deine Kommilitonen, uns Ältere und deinen Fachverein kennenzulernen. Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennenzulernen und mit dir das neue Semester gebührend einzuläuten.

Let´s go for an epic weekend to Disentis to top off your first week at ETH.
